• 50% deposit required to hold reservation.  Balance due upon checkout.
• Your deposit will be refunded (less a $30 service fee) if you cancel no later than 60 days prior to your reservation arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date will not be refunded, but the full amount (less $30 service fee) can be reapplied to a future visit.

• Smoking permitted outside only.
• Room rates do not include an 8% hotel tax.
